Valve and Blizzard right now are probably the companies that can't be bullied or just plain bought out if there were such big restrictions. Whatever they make is guaranteed to be a million seller and there are no other companies that can boast such an accomplishment. It would take a serious force of nature for them to serve to others. Even if we are talking Google.
