Considering we are talking 3RD Party...
I would say Guitar Hero 3, but Rock Band might split up the user base.
UT3 will have most of its sales from PC gamers.
Haze... maybe, but it IS coming to the 360.
CoD4... 360 will take away sales.
Assasins Creed... Same as above.
As for the NEXT, I would go with Guitar Hero 3.
