The generic will rely on over the top weapons to try to make up for shitty gamplay, while the good ones use weapons as a basic element to interact with the environment. The good ones will concetrate on how the A.I. interacts with you, on how strategies are used, its how Coop elements interact with the story, the flow of the game, the difficulty.
