The issue is It's linked to your MOBO/OS so you can only install on three new systems and what not, which means once you upgrade so many times you'll have to buy another copy of mass effect or beg EA for a license in the long run.
With that said, Mass Effect runs 20x better on my PC over 360. I'm all for getting games on 360 but Mass Effect frame rate issue bothered the hell out of me on the 360.
It's just that simple.
