Project Hammer & Duck Hunt preorders being accepted

If they are pre-orders doesn't that mean disc-based.... I cant imagine a disc-based Duck Hunt, I mean it's basically just 1/9th of Wii play (which as it comes with a remote means 1/9th of $10)
