It would sell a few hundred thousand copies at absolute best. Unless of course they can somehow figure out a way to work Sonic and/or Mario into the game in which case it will sell millions of copies.

Another way to get some Halo 3rd party success would be to change the name to Halo Sports Brain Training games and remove all the shooting sequences only to replace them with short motion based mini games. That version would sell 10 million copies minimum.
