Prediction #1 is possible, but not likely. Just look at October. The only system selling game coming to America on 360 is Fable II. Compared to PS3 with SOCOM: Confrontation, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, Eternal Sonata, BioShock and LittleBigPlanet, 360 has little hope of winning October in America.
Prediction #2 depends upon the quality of the game. However, hype for the game is at the point where it should do well even if it doesn't fully live up to expectations and there hasn't been a critically negative preview of the game yet, so it most likely will meet and far exceed your sales expectations.
Prediction #3 is no chance of happening. Preliminary sales for 360 this week appear to be the same as PS3 sales, which are at a low. Considering that PS3 is getting Eternal Sonata in Japan next week and Cross Edge the week after that, this prediction has absolutely zero chance of happening.
