In all honesty, I owned the 360 but it was in Orlando and I was in South Florida running a restaurant. My roommate called me, freaking out thinking he did something. It may have still been under warranty, it may not have. I was pissed and told him to bring it to gamestop and put the credit on my card. I used the credit to buy some Wii, DS, and PC games.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
