The KH IP is MOSTLY owned (I said mostly, not 100%) by Disney. SE DEVELOPS the game.
Disney has more say than SE where it will go. For example, SE could want it on the 360, but Disney could say they couldn't go there. If Disney says so, it can't go there!
Disney has the say where it will go. Drill that friggin information into your head.
