Gears of War war was great, Resistance not that much. Check metacritic
Weapons =/= gameplay! It is stupid to judge about a games gameplay when it is not even released. It is even more stupid to compare two not released games gameplays and it is the most stupid to compare two not released games gameplay on weapons you just saw on trailers.
Same goes for multiplayer.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
