SE is the only publisher for KH. Disney doesn't publish it but soem Buena Vista (Disney) members helped with the game. You can see BV members in the credits. Still, doesn't matter, Disney owns the IP while SE only owns the FF characters.

Without SE there is no KH. Without Disney there is no KH.
