Being developed and published by SE would mean they have rights to the individual games of KH1 and KH2 along with Disney, that means NOTHING could happen to those games without both people agreeing on it. But Disney does own the rights to Kingdom Hearts name, characters, and everything that's not Final Fantasy, so if they just so happened to really want to put it on the Wii and SE didn't go along with the idea Disney could take the game to Nintendo ask them to develop it and produce it with Mario characters and it would still have Sora and the gang in it. |
