I know it's a joint venture :P That's not what we're talking about though. forever tried to say the KH characters/worlds/whatever don't belong to Disney when they do. The game is a joint venture between SE (FF) + Disney (the Disney characters + the KH characters which Disney own which makes them Disney characters).

SE does not have to state ownership over the game seeing as THEY MADE IT. The first game had a similar copyright set up except it included the joint venture for Tarzan with Disney."
