Who is excited for a Kingdom Hearts game with Motion Plus?

I just proved you wrong, but if you really want to you can ask anyone and they'll say Disney own full rights to the KH game and characters while SE only own the FF characters.

 

so what if they Disney had one made by another company for the cell phone? SE has no threat with a game for a Cell. The game is jointly owned meaning each can do what they please with it(as long as the other has no objections). SE could have simply not have wanted anything to do with that small spin off. The game still has no SE characters in it so SE probably had no objections. I fail to see how this means they fully own the IP.

Without SE there is nothing, you hear that, NOTHING! The game is completely developed by them. Disney can sell little spin offs all they want, that does not include the main series. What would Disney do if SE pulled out? Without SE talent the game is a FLOP. THe game is a joint custody, you need both to be complete.
