You might be right....but we'll have to wait a bit for that to be true.
This is the "bounce" since results are still coming in from the convention/Palin. By next week you won't be able to consider it a bounce. If all polling firms polled the entire country state-by-state in the days after the convention/Palin announcement then you would be right.
