I haven't checked through the full list for each region... but I have done so for UK, and Germany.

The Mii channel enables us to get a picture of how many total users there are per region... for the UK it is now over 230,000. For Scandanavia/etc it is only 35,000.

For a game to be given data it needs to have been played for over 10,000 hours by that userbase... so it would be very odd for a game to be included in the Scandanavian data when it is not shown in the UK channel... thus by me checking the UK channel I can see when new games are added and inform you all to add them to the list (which you would need to do for that week) but you wouldn't need to check them every week... I will be able to warn you when new games are likely to have new info added so you can check those specific games.

For instance I can tell you now there is no point checking the Wii disc game "Pool Party" (a snooker/pool game) pretty much ever, because it's not likely to get 10,000 hours played even in the UK where snooker is popular. Wheras I would be asking you to check Endless Ocean, Harvest Moon and others in case they have been added.

Or on Wiiware I can tell you to check Dr.Mario, Lost Winds, Pokemon and TV Show King every week because it will be one of those that shows up next.

It would be a nightmare checking the whole set of VC every week, but the list of games I give you will be only 31 titles (the current for UK) and by common sense I can tell you you wouldn't need to check the streetfighter games until Super Mario Bros 2 appears.

So for Scandanavia the job would be:
13 VC titles to get data from... plus checking maybe ~5 suspect titles to see if they have been added yet.
1 Wiiware title... plus checking 4 titles
22 Wii games... plus checking ~5 suspects
getting the Mii channel data is also a neccesity, other channels would be nice though (although photo channel never has data)
