The only reason I say it might not is because the 360 supply in Japan hasn't been restocked yet so its sales are down and the price cut hasn't taken place in Japan yet.
If Microsoft would cut the price of the 360 in Europe then I would see it having no problem outselling the PS3 on a weekly bases from now until the Holidays.
