I just add it, since the thread ITSELF is offtopic, it should be the review of NHL now it turned out to be if the Wii games really do sell or not. So why not give my opinion on the topic? And yeah, by the year 2009 the 360 will be a niche console like the GC in the last generation...
The facts are in here already, the PS3 is outselling the 360 even how much MS do about it.
And yeah, its a fact that the core gaming is a dying generation even Ninty dont care anymore about the core anyone seen the E3 conference this year?
edit: And yeah, since we're discussing about pro-sports games here, sports games are like resident hazard says "casual titles" so sport titles fit Wii perfectly. I mean, why do Wii Sports, mario and Sonic and Deca Sports and Beach sports from THQ sold well anyway? Again, sorry for the 360 fans out here. If by year 2009 Im wrong then so be it, but this generation wasnt really for the 360.
end of core gaming days prediction:
E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced
E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.
E3 2010- Tape runs out
