Thing is, all they are are engines to make things break apart/move relatively realistically.... People don't buy games for that.

 

Actually, aside from the story and my SW nerddom, I am buying TFU for DMM and Euphoria.  Check my profile to see that I am a game dev student.  These new innovations are expanding the physics and AI of modern games exponentially.
