Why would assassins creed 2 come exclusively for the 360? That makes no sense, a European company making a game that sold better on the PS3 in Europe (where they have repeatedly said they make more money per sale) despite coming out at a low time in the PS3s history a 360 exclusive? Mass Effect 2 sure (though I think EA said it would be simultaneous with PC, I sure hope so) and the other ones make sense, but not assassins creed.

If MS will spend 300 million on a weird commercial about Seinfeld and Gates buying shoes then why not do this? It doesn't really make sense but neither does that commercial or making a computer look like a sphere/table or 90% of the things Microsoft decides to do. Microsoft is just random enough that this is likely true, they have so much money from gouging people on Office (1000 dollars for the full version) and Vista (400 for ultimate) sales they could even start a big bonfire of 100 dollar bills and not even notice.

Correction, if you are a college student, you can buy Vista Ultimate for the low-low price of $64.95 via this website. All you have to give Microsoft is your college email address:

Be warned as the installation DVD you can add is $13.00, and I would BUY that. The 'download' after your purchase is buggy and only downloads a 87.7MB file to install (original file size is 2.6GB), so buy the installation DVD for $13.

ANYWAYS, this is for being OT; It's good for Microsoft for wanting to re-launch the X360 by saying, "Yes, we made a mistake, but we'll make it up by offering a re-launch with products and software that was unavailable when we first launched." Sure it might seem desperate, but it would be noble to regain the consumer's trust. We know they are still bleeding money on this, but it's not our thing to worry, as we don't lose the millions they are doing to go through with this
