MS quality control was understaffed, ill equipped to deal with the 360, and poorly managed. This resulted in flaws getting through to the public that would NOT have happened with Sony contrary to your initial statement.
That is what I am saying and I don't think you have managed to throw this into doubt at all.
As for the failure rate, I'm not asking for numbers from NVidia because even MS hasn't owned up to any specific rate of failure. But the general ballpark has been estimated by very respectable people based on real numbers. More to the point, you got that NVidia number from SOMEWHERE. Where did you get it? How trustworthy is that person? Random forum poster pulling something out of his ass, or respected industry person even if posting in a forum or blog? Are you sure it was even failure rate?
