By then, games will be close to 200GB. There's no way the include anything smaller the 500GB. Look at the difference between the original Xbox and the 360. 4GB versus 20GB for the pro. If they want full digital distribution, they wil need at least 500GB and I wouldn't buy one with less than a TB.
