I think one factor why the Elite seems to be doing relatively well may be due to previous 360 hardware issues. For example a friend upgraded to an Elite due to hardware issues with his premium, hoping this model is better designed. |

@ MikeB: I think the issue with Amazon is that a different market tends to use that store, people who buy things online would tend to be more in the early adopter group for technologies such as Blu Ray etc.
