I'll be doing a bit more tofu experimentation for lunch today. It's like a sponge in food form. It just soaks up whatever flavour you want. It's too bad most people have a populist knee jerk reaction it tofu, because otherwise I'm sure lots of people would have it in non vegetarian meals.
