Well without a list of games you enjoy it will be hard to come up with a good list so I will simply list the games I feel are amazing save the genres you have excluded.
Wario Ware: Touched, Kirby Canvas Curse, Super Princess Peach, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Meteos, Final Fantasy III, Phoenix Wright series, Pokemon: Diamond/Pearl, Bleach DS (I don't know what they are calling the American release), Bangai-O Spirits, Meteos, Brain Age Series, and more that I am too lazy to type out.
