People would make new accounts, transfer their money to their main account, and do pointless actions on their main account such as submitting release dates and posting on the forums to make it look like they didn't get their money through a method that's against the rules. Or even if they knew they couldn't get away with it, they'd do it just to annoy us. This would really only work if money transactions were surveyed by the moderators, but we're busy enough already. |
You could always put a cap on it, like pershaps limiting the amount based on the number of posts that person had.It would work something like this:
0-50 posts $0 a day
51-100 posts $10 a day
101-200 posts $20 a day
202-300 $40 a day
301-400 $80 a day
Or some other point value that scales with post count making sure that at least the first few posts had a $0 VG$ exchange value per day. This would make it a waste of time to open a new account post 50 some od times and then net $10 dollars for your efforts.
