My Top 3 are:
Luigi - I really know his moves after playing as him for so long in Melee.
Mr. Game & Watch - He is strong but his smashes have a little delay.
Toon Link - Has great recovering ability and is way faster than Link.
I am still a little disappointed that SSBB is slower than SSBM, so that is why I usually just stay away from the extremely slow characters.
