Thats not really the case at all. What happens is you force a pointless semantics debate that no one cares about and they give up because you refuse to ever admit what you wrote could possibly be intepreted anyway other than what you intended. If you stopped arguing the point and looked at why people are arguing with what you didn't say rather than what you did you might see this trend. As an example, I thought Dmeisterj's take on your post was entirely accurate because you phrased your post poorly.
