I don't know... Maybe for using like 50 percent of what it is good for? Downloading Movies and TV shows and retro XBLA games that are for the "casual" audience? Isn't that why they put the lion king and disney movies like that on XBLM? For kids and stuff? I mean, unless grown men love Snow White...
The hard drive is needed for the really big casual push with Netflix coming this fall, which is for the casuals, it's needed for that.
