I love Fire Emblem and it is by far my favourite Nintendo series. But, I don't think I would say that they are the best at making strategy games. They are certainly among the best, though.
WarioWare: Smooth moves and the Advanced Wars (Days of Ruin I think it was) I had played were also fantastic games. In my opinion they are the best development team Nintendo has.
