I don't see Wii fit as a game; I see it more as a peripheral and right now as a excersie program. My routine is of 30 minutes at night: I work first with yoga, then some excersies like the push ups and torsions and finally the hola hoop or rythm boxing. I actually feel great when I started I was 165 pounds, almost 2 months later I'm at 152.
Obiously I'm still playing the all kind of games, but the Wii Fit it's a great option for me because I work almost all day and I don't want to go to a gym at night.
