I've said it before, and I'll say it again. M$ needs to drop their price (on all skus) by $100 prior to the big game releases (especially GTA IV) and then totally outsell Sony (in NA at least) this holiday season to remain competitive.
If not, then 360 will follow xbox sales all the way to a solid last place finish.
