Well most of those games you mentioned aren't even made by Nintendo. I beleive Nintendo is trying to expand the video game market to audiences that wouldn't play traditional games. They aren't switching to this new market just giving it attention. It doesn't affect how much attention they give the more traditional market as we see many 1st party games that cater this more traditional market released, and quite a few to come. So basically they are trying to target everybody, which is good, because different people like different type of games. Also I think the reasons why we aren't seeing too many first party titles the second half of this year are 1 THey aren't ready yet, and 2 Nintendo wants Third Parties to do good too. Though they don't want them to gain too much control as they have with many consoles. I see the Wii taking the route of the DS though, and will be known for excellent 1st and a good amount of good 3rd party support. Either way I like the Nintendo of today even better than the Nintendo of previous generations despite what people might say. The future looks very bright imo.
