No. (as buying a console for one title is somewhat silly unless you REALLY REALLY want that game, but sounds like you are unsure.) but Twilight Princess, Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, and Smash Brothers Brawl are enough reason to buy the Wii. And even if you don't like all those genres, you should still give them a try because they aren't "traditional" and will all be awesome with Twilight Princess being the runt of the litter. XD
