there will always be fanboys. i started with the 8Bit generation nes v ms and was a nintendo fanboy up until my mid teens (ps1 n64 era).
now i realise that being a fanboy ultimatly means missing out. why look forward to banjo on the 360 when you could have been playing mario galaxy. or why look forward to resistance 2 when you could have been playing halo3. please dont bash, these are just 2 example off the top of my head.
over the last year (roughly) ive played gears of war, mario galaxy and mgs4. its time to play the games not the consoles.
this doesnt even apply to just video games, a good example is the recent release of the dark night. half my mates love it the other half prefer the burton/keaton movies.
