Google Chrome already has a 3% market share

1. no reliable data
2. a lot of testers using it and may switch back to the other browser they used before
3. I read on several serious German websites that there is a huge privacy problem with this browser. Every page you visited will be sent to google. You have to accept that in the general terms and conditions. Is this true?
