Last year the PS3 sold 600,000 in november and december. This year should be higher because there are some big games coming out. 

 

More like 400k, but 600k if you add january 2008. Strangely enough, the PS3 sold better during january than it did in december! The release of DMC4 ùight have something to do with it.
