 You have your facts backwards, Sony is trailing Microsoft. You people love to ignore the bigger picture just because small weekly increments give you hope. You need to give it up that the PS3 is not the PS2. Sony took a totally different route this gen and they are paying dearly for it. Microsoft can play that game too. A price drop will produce larger results than that of Sony. Sony has a year or so until they can afford to pander to the same crowd Microsoft has waited to be attracting this year.

Are you referring to the 12 months lead? How will you guys react when the ps3 catch the 360, i can't wait.

 

 

 I hope you know that this price drop could cause Microsoft to sell 4-6 Mil consoles worldwide all the way to the end of the holiday season. Sony cannot take a hit like that this year.

 I'm counting the whole year. 24-26 Mil consoles. PS3 18.6-20 M consoles.

This will be the last year the 360 will have a lead on the PS3. I rarely  make predictions.

No... that actually has some bases to it... the 360 sold nearly 5 million last year in the same period and it's price drop came a month later... of course there was Halo 3 that accually allowed them to post a bigger month than Nintendo.
