I agree with this. Little Big Planet is positioned for success but let's not measure this success against a game that defined the genre. If only LBP had a fraction of the success that Mario has had. These LBP FTW threads are having a negative effect on the overall perception of this game.
2 million in sales with a 90+ metacritic would be a great performance by LBP. That would be considered a dissapointment for a Mario game.
