Bottomline is, no electronic device is 100% immune to hardware issues, no matter how perfectly built the blueprint may suggest. So to say that the new 360's have absolutely ZERO chance of RRoD is a very naive statement IMO, especially for a product that's mass produced. There's bound to be some units that were not built properly on the production line. It happens with every product, the 360 is no different.
