Well, my main point was that if Obama loses, history is still going to be made. People also ignore the history Bush made with Powell and Rice.

That's a deathstar sized if you've got there.

According to electoral-vote.com, Obama has +8 votes to win right now. That's in the "who knows?" range of polling.

The debates haven't even started yet. This election is still in its infancy. Let's at least wait until the GOP gets their convention before we start claiming Obama as the default victor.
