Destroy people with gif's in signatures

actually, the biggest problems were actually addressed in a point to the rules that stated that your sig could not be longer than a certain amount. Essentially, it figured out to that if you made a single line post and your sig came down further than all the user info that goes above and below your avatar, it was too long. The only real problem is it hasn't been enforced at all.
It would be nice to have a "don't display images or media in signatures" option as well as a "don't display signatures" option.
