The Disc Read Errors?
What I love about them is that they were easy to fix yourself. Take the thing apart, clean the drive's lens, put it back together, works again. The thing was built like a tank!
And looooooads of people paid Sony £60 to do it for them.
Yet fixing stuff for free has somehow become a major issue this generation.
