Destroy people with gif's in signatures

I don't mind that as much as people who have far too much going on in their sig and it's way too distracting. Like Nintendo fan girl (I think that's the name) that has around 30 different colors glaring from her sig. So many bright colors that it looks like Easter threw up below her posts.
