I might have forgiven it if I didn't need motion plus to make full use of the game. The price for extra control sets on the wii is a huge joke already, not buying into add-ons for all. Nintendo just ripping people off there. Looking at how much extra controls sets would cost, I could buy a 360 with a couple games for heavens sake.
Still, that's a short game, I don't care if some other FPS games are short, they just fail as well. A poor standard is not an acceptable standard.
The time when cutscenes (in-game or not) should be omitted when progressing story in games has long past, any game not doing that given the capabilities today is just bad and taking steps backwards.
Nine levels only tells me the areas are going to get repetitive fast, there could be more than nine areas? Surely that should mean there will be more than nine levels then? |
So, I bought a Wii (1 Wiimote + Nunchuck) for 250$ then got Wii Play + another Nunchuck (+70$). That is all the accessories I own for the system, and I own around 10 games. Yes, when Wii Sports Resort comes out I'll probably pick it up. I might even buy another WM+, but that'll depend on a number of things.
My point is, yes, it's expensive to own a Wii if you buy everything they released for it. But it would also be expensive to buy a 360 + HD-DVD drive + expanded hard drive + 4 controllers + rechargable battery attachments, or a PS3 + 7 dual shock 3s. You don't need it all!
Wii has more 20 million sellers than PS3 has 5 million sellers.
