Nintendo - Game Boy Micro... - View Post

I just started a thread about another Nintendo DS, when I mentioned Game Boy Micro, and got to thinking about that minature portable. It was cool due to its size, but it ONLY played Game Boy Advance games, and you had to buy new accessories for it since it was too small to use either the Advance or the SP's. Nintendo didn't sell many of them, I think about a million or two. The screen is so TINY! It did enter the record books as the worlds smallest game system, but overall, it had more drawbacks than I liked. True, I did buy the attachment that allowed it to connect to an Advance, and I do have one, and the faceplates made it nice, but with its small size I have lost the thing quite a few times- VERY easy to do when it's this small! As far as I know Nintendo hasn't produced it since it came out. As you can see, I've got mixed feelings about the Micro. I always called it 1/2 a DS, since really, that's what it was since it only played Advance games. Now that it looks like it's clearly dead, I have a question. How does everyone else feel about the Game Boy Micro? Was it a good idea, bad idea?
