It needs to go if the PS3 hopes for a chance:
-It makes extra money for Sony
-But gives frugal consumers no need to upgrade (Whom are the majority).
-No one can assume that 2/3 of the PS2 pie will jump ship to the Wii.
-It will increase next gen console sales by a large amount.
-It will increase next gen game sales by a large amount.
Question: Who cares if the people buy the Wii? They pretty much have this in the bag this gen. Sony needs to get what it can to try and not be snuffed out by Microsoft if you Sony loyalists understand anything.
