Interesting, I'll wait till I can rent it and/or till the demo comes out. I want to see the entire reviews and see how the game as a whole did and not gripes about one or two things, which it's the controls in this case. If the other aspects of the game are good, like the story, acting, and all that other stuff, then I think spending some time to get used to the controls shouldn't be that bad. Unless the controls are totally impossible to get used to of course.

*edit* to back up what I said about the reviewers, I found the neogaf thread and have quoted the original post about what the reviewers said.

"crispin says the combat system is confusing, and the sixaxis controls don't always work the way they should. lock-on system is also jacked. greg ford says the camera is frustrating in ground combat. the wide open levels hold a lot of potential but ultimately don't deliver garnett says it's a "frustrating disappointment" with a few bright spots"

We'll see I guess?
