This. It's alway better to be both in my opinion (console and PC owner). You get the best games on PC while still having access to the best games the consoles have to offer.
I prefer playing multiplayer games on a console than PC. Online PC games are mostly FPSs, and while it's fun to play LAN against 8+ people... Not playing in the same room is not the same feeling as playing, let's say, Halo 3 in 4-player split-screen. Best fun you'll get from a FPS in my opinion!
