Still - that Play magazine sounds like a total joke (9 for Sonic?). Up the EGM mark by around 1-1.5, and that closer to how I would score most things. Strikers is a solid 8-8.5 for me for example.

Personally, I don't read EGM reviews but have noticed on Gamerankings.com that they're usually pretty close to the 'Average' review score, for example Mario Striker's has an average review score of 78% and there review has a 75% average.
